When I was 13, I watched a documentary about Venice and how every year the water levels were rising. Yesterday, with the help of a good friend I ran my first 15 km. I never thought I could run, let alone that much in my life. It left me breathing so heavily that in the end, I sprinted the last kilometer not because I had the energy but for it to be over.


Later than afternoon, I accompanied my mom to visit someone who was recovering from a cancer operation.
